iOS doesn't let websites trigger installs directly. To add Accurate to your home screen:
Tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari (the square with an arrow pointing up).
Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add in the top-right.
Note: this only works in Safari. Chrome and other iOS browsers can't install PWAs.
Offline
You're offline. Either view routes offline or refresh now. When viewing routes offline, buses should appear automatically within 30 seconds of coming back online — alternatively refresh in the settings.
